Deliverables
- Artwork in PNG / JPEG format @ 300–350 DPI- PSD File is available only for full copyright purchase.
Timeline
- Single character: 1–3 weeks

Maximum of 2 months unless specified- Up to 1 major and 2 minor revisions
Requirements
- Visual references of the character- A clear, detailed description of your request- Additional references for specific pose / details / environment / BG is recommended- Any details not provided will be interpreted by the artist.Costumes / accessories / weapons may be simplified if overly complex.
Sharing & Licensing
- Finished artwork will be posted on the artist’s social media.- If you prefer the artwork to remain private a privacy fee will apply.- Commercial use (e.g. content creation, merchandise, advertisement, etc.) is not included.Refer to the TOS for more information

General
I reserve the right to decline any request that is beyond my skill, offensive, or conflicts with my schedule.Clear and accurate character references are highly appreciated and help speed up the process.
Disclaimer
By commissioning me, you agree to all terms listed below.My artwork may NOT be used for:- Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs)
- Any Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems, datasets, training, or tools
- Uploaded to any AI-related platformThese actions compromise the integrity of my workIf you see my art being used in these ways, please notify me.
Payments
Full payment is required upfront.I am not responsible for errors made by the client during the payment process.Payment is due within 48 hours after the invoice is sent.If unpaid, the commission will be canceled and future commissions may be blocked.Any extra fees or taxes are the responsibility of the client.
Refunds
After payment is received, refunds are non-negotiable.If I decide to cancel the commission, I will issue a ~90% refund
(transaction fees deducted).
USE RIGHTS & Privacy
Purchased commissions may always be used for personal display.However, I am likely to feature the artwork in my portfolio unless requested upon,
in which:
→ An +80% privacy fee applies.
→ I retain portfolio rights until settled.

Revisions
You will receive three total revisions, distributed across the following phases:- Phase 1 — Rough Sketch:
Major revisions allowed.- Phase 2 — Rough Coloring / Lineart:
Minor revisions allowed.- Phase 3 — Rough Rendering:
Minor revisions allowed.- Phase 4 — Final Rendering:
No revisions.→ Skeb-style commissions:
No revisions at any stage.
commercial use
A commercial license is required for any profit-related use and is subject to fees.This fee is a percentage of the base price, charged in addition to the base cost.- Limited Commercial Use — +25%
(Suitable for streaming assets, thumbnails, banners, etc.)
However, Character Design is subjected to +50% instead.- Full Commercial Use — +100%
(Merchandising rights for prints, apparel, advertisements, etc.)- Full Copyright — +200%
(Full rights + the .PSD file; Artist portfolio use is negotiable)
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All rights belong to me, the artist, unless full copyright is purchased.By default, I will:
- Post the artwork online
- Use it as a portfolio sample
- Record the process
- Archive it for future referenceIn the case it is posted anywhere online, please credit me.
