For Commissions

DISCLAIMER
By purchasing my services (art), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Please review them thoroughly. Please comply with these conditions to avoid the denial of your commission request. Commissioned work is strictly prohibited from being utilized as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or integrated into artificial intelligence (AI) applications. Refrain from uploading it to any AI platform, as this may compromise the integrity of my artwork.

GENERAL
I can decline a request if it’s beyond my capabilities, offensive, or due to scheduling conflicts.*Having a clear character reference goes a long way.PAYMENTS
Full payment is in advance.
I am not liable for any errors made by you during the transaction process. Payments are due at the time of purchase. If payment is not received within 48 hours of the invoice being sent, the commission will be canceled immediately, and you may be blocked from future transactions. Any additional commission fees or taxes will be charged to the client.REVISIONS
You will have three revisions. Phase One: Rough Sketch (You will be able to do a major revision in this stage)Phase Two: Rough Coloring/Lineart (You will be able to do minor revisions)Phase 3: Rough Rendering (Minor revisions)Phase 4: Polished/Finished Rendering (No revisions)
Skeb-style commissions do not have a process for the client to make any revisions.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Once I approve your request, you will receive the artwork within a maximum of 2 months, usually in about 1~3 weeks.
Extra Characters may take longer to complete.USE
Personal Use: You may use personal-use commissions for personal display and limited portfolio use by the artist.
Private Use: If you do not wish for the artwork to be posted publicly, an 80% privacy fee applies. The artist retains portfolio rights.
Commercial Use: Any use for monetary purposes requires a commercial license, which allows for promotional use as a thumbnail, banner, or cover. Fees apply based on the extent of use:
Limited Commercial Use: +50% of the base price, which is usable for streaming and advertising. Full Commercial Use: +100% of the base price, including merchandising rights. Full Copyright: +200% of the base price, grants full copyright with .PSD file provided. Portfolio use by the artist is negotiable.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All rights reserved to the artist: By default, I have the right to post the commissioned artwork online as samples for future clients, record the process, include them in my portfolio, and archive them. Unless you have purchased the full copyright, you can determine whether I can post it or not.
In any case where the artwork is showcased or posted online, please give credit.REFUNDS
Once payment has been made, a full refund is not permitted. Unless I, as the artist, choose to cancel the commission, I will refund approximately 90% (due to the transaction fees).COMMUNICATION
